I was meeting with a couple of Senate staffers about some  <A TITLE='expired domains' href='http:\/\/www.domtrafi.xyz' >list management<\/A>  issues they are having. The town was buzzing with activity for this weekend&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/story.news.yahoo.com\/news?tmpl=story&#038;cid=578&#038;ncid=578&#038;e=1&#038;u=\/nm\/20040529\/ts_nm\/memorial_dc\">WWII monument dedication<\/a>. I knew that I wouldn&#8217;t run into <a href=\"http:\/\/washingtoniennearchive.blogspot.com\/\">Washingtonienne<\/a> but thought of her anyway as I entered Hart. On the way back through Union Station, I struck up a conversation with the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.historictours.com\/washington\/dcducks.htm\">duck man<\/a> and couldn&#8217;t help but wonder if my future also held the possibility of one day quacking my way through Washington, DC.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On Friday, I went up to Capitol Hill.
