A great quote from Paul Chaney of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.radiantmarketinggroup.com\/\">The <\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/www.radiantmarketinggroup.com\/\">Radiant Marketing Group<\/a>:<\/p>\n<p><em>It&#8217;s not so much about controlling the message as engaging in a<br \/>\nconversation. It lets people see the inside of your business and who you are.<br \/>\nIt builds a relationship on the blog and off the blog. I don&#8217;t know of any<br \/>\nother medium that allows that kind of communication.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>I think that Paul is right.
